A commitment to good service
The staff of the Alzheimer's Society, Cardiff and the Vale Branch aim to provide a good service to our members, service users and the public.
We aim to be:

We welcome all suggestions and comments for improving our service.
You can help us to help you by:
- giving us time to deal with your request or enquiry.
- contacting a named member of staff if possible.
- being as clear as possible about what you want from us.
If you do have any complaints:
Our Branch Staff should be able to resolve any complaints to your satisfaction or will refer you to the person responsible within the team. However, if you are not satisfied with the response, please ask to speak to Dawn John, Branch Manager.
We will try to respond within 7 working days of receipt.
All complaints will be recorded and the Branch Manager and Committee informed.
If you are dissatisfied with the response you should write to the Chairperson via the office marking the envelope ‘Strictly in Confidence’.
Serious complaints which might need changes in policy or practice will be discussed at a committee meeting. You will be told if this is to happen and the outcome of the discussion.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint by the Chairperson you should inform him / her. Your complaint will then be referred to the Manager for Wales.
