Dawn John is the Branch Manager, and is responsible for direct management and development of all the Branch projects and staff. She reports directly to the Area Manager (South Wales) and the branch is steered by the local membership.

Kim Peña is the Support Services Manager and is responsible for the provision of information and advice, carers' support groups, the telephone helpline and the befriending service. She also acts as line manager to the part time information support worker and students on social work placements.

Karen Edwards is the Development Officer for Services for Younger People with Dementia, whose post is currently funded by the Community Fund. Her project is specifically concerned with identifying the needs of people with a dementia under the age of 65, and also those of their families. Karen works together with all relevant agencies such as social services and the health authority to look at the provision of specialist services for younger people in Cardiff and The Vale. She is responsible for providing support, advocacy and information to this client group.

Carole Standfast is the Branch Finance and Administration Officer who is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of all financial aspects of the Branch and ensures an effective and efficient office base for the Branch and its projects

Linda Moule is the Day Centre Manager, who ensures that the Centre provides a high quality service to clients, in full consultation with the clients' carers and case managers. She also manages the Branch transport service.
